Daso is one of the most talented newcomers in the recent electronic music circus. Out of the blue, Daso’s debut record “Daybreak” (MBF Rec, 2006) turned into a long run success for the Techno peak time moments in clubs around the world. Like many others, Spectral Sound became attentive to Daso’s music and decided to publish the young artist living in Cologne.
Daso impresses everyone with a wide range & diversity of work. From Disco-House with 80’s pop afterburner on MBF to Minimal on Connaisseur records. His tracks are played by many prominent DJs and can be found on countless compilations.
He just remixed Galaktika's 26th release and very soon you will be able to listen to his live presentation @ La Bicha, the weekly party of Galaktika Records in Barcelona at Club La Macarena. |

Patrick Zigon is hailing from Germany’s beautiful and inspiring city Konstanz at the Lake of Constance, which probably is one of the reasons why he drops such jaunty and fresh beats. Being active in the electronic music scene since 1996, Patrick since then eminently contributes to the establishment and development of electronic music in South Germany as a DJ, producer and promoter.
First own releases promptly showed up in the hard-to-get-in English House scene and in the boxes of international big names. Though Patrick never liked to be pigeonholed, which he perfectly underlines with his productions for labels such as Cocoon, Puzzle Traxx, Turbo, Great Stuff, Trapez, Traum, Treibstoff, Kling Klong, Session Deluxe and Missive.

Colombian born Paulo Olarte is based in Hamburg, Germany. He is the owner, a&r and main act of the label Freshfish Records, wich he runs together with Hausmann C. He also releases his work on labels such as Liebe-Detail, Galaktika Records, Diynamic, Anorak Tonträger and Eminor.
His style is funky, minimal, deep and dark, but very influenced by latinamerican rhythm and romantic vocals always keeping the dancefloor in sight, he is well known for intelligent and sweaty DJ-sets. |

PODCAST 110: Pezzner (US)
One half of powerhouse duo Jacob London, up until 2008, and than taking his own studio to begin work on his first solo output. It wasn’t long before Pezzner found his first 5 songs scooped up by London-based Freerange Records, releasing two EPs wich garnered him massive support, setting up Pezzner as a producer on the rise. Follow-ups are now in the pipeline on San Francisco's Om Records imprint, London’s Urbantorque Recordings, plus another EP for Freerange. Dave has also got an arsenal of remixes forthcoming including Josh Wink, Mark Farina, and Mike Monday. Its a dizzying number of releases for an emerging artist, but now that Pezzner’s stepped out on his own, he’s definitely got a lot to say.
In addition to his work as an electronica artist, Dave is a composer for television, advertising and games and has composed works for American Idol, The Discovery Channel, Nordstrom, and T-Mobile. |
