Press Note:Galaktika Records gets greater with this eighteenth release in charge of Iñaqui Marin, one of the most important values of the Catalonian techno scene.
Mirage is a track that begins timid and grows each time more to become a small bomb capable of exploiting the dance floor with a powerful rhythmic base and sounds neotrance. Mirage is perfect for the peak time due to its high dose of euphoria.
In Lucinose, we find an Iñaqui Marin that goes straight to the point, with a constant development and a quite animated rhythmic base between the minimal techno and the new school tech house. To complete this impeccable EP we meet the remix of Mirage, in charge of Garnica. If the original one is intense, the remix is even more. Garnica has extracted the essence of the original track adding his characteristic sound and his way of seeing the dance music.
The keyword in this release is architecture, with tracks in a continuous growing, full of shapes and details. It’s without question one of the better works of Iñaqui Marin.

On est là dans la veine la plus underground et techy de l'électro-house. L'espagnol livre un superbe track, qui avance bien au niveau rythmique, portée par une basse-synthé géniale. Un petit vocal freaky vient apporter la touche finale à ce titre extrêmement jouissif. (LU)

As well, Garnica takes MIRAGE one step higher with his smooth remix of the original production. Overall Rating 8/10
BeatBurguer.com : Iñaqui Marín vuelve a Galaktika tras haber publicado hace unos meses el brillante “El diario de Frank Fontaine”. Para la decimoctava referencia del sello catalán, Marín nos trae un par de temas de lo más pisteril y efectivo. “Mirage”, de inicio titubeante, nos va adentrando poco a poco hacia un estado trancero y eufórico, para acabar en una explosión de sonidos un pelín piyulis, pero seguro que agradecidos por la plebe más amante del desenfreno.
“Lucinose” no se anda con ostias y tira pa’l monte también; su sonido, entre el minimal de nuevo cuño y el techhouse nuskool –esto en inglés siempre queda mejor-, y su base rítmica, obesa cual vacaburra, da como resultado un track que da bastante el pego, sobre todo por la cantidad de detalles sonoros que se aprecian en su construcción.
Garnica, uno de los nombres más a tener en cuenta del sello (y de Barcelona), baja la intensidad de “Mirage”, la dota de frialdad y mentalismo (esa melodía central, qué marciana y qué rica!), y hace que me guste incluso más que el original, cosa rara en las remezclas.
